FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) - Jaraun Burrows scored 21 points and three others scored in double digits to lead IPFW to a 79-70 victory Saturday over Missouri-Kansas City.

Scott DeWitt had 18, Demetrius Johnson scored 17 and Ben Botts got 10 for the Mastodons (4-4).

Missouri-Kansas City was led by Dane Brumagin, who made 14 out of 20 attempted field goals and scored a total of 35 points. Tim Blackwell scored 19 for the Kangaroos (3-7).

The game was close for much of the first half, but Missouri-Kansas City started to pull away and had a 45-38 lead by halftime. IPFW came back after halftime to tie the game and later took the lead for good with seven minutes remaining.
