KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) - Ryan Daugherty scored five of his 15 points during a 14-0 second-half run that enabled Kennesaw State to overcome a 2-point deficit in a 69-62 victory over Clark Atlanta on Saturday night.

The Panthers (2-3) led 40-38 when Daugherty got on a roll. Ronell Wooten, who had 12 points, gave the Owls (2-5) their biggest lead of the game when he slammed in an alley-oop dunk for a 56-42 advantage with 8:30 remaining.

Clark Atlanta closed to within six points several times, but that was as close as it got.

Shuan Steagall led Kennesaw with 17 points. Jon-Michael Nickerson and Tanner Jacobs each added 10 for the Owls.

Kevin Johnson scored 25 points, hitting 7 of 13 from 3-point range, to lead the Panthers and Ale Burt adeed 15 points and 13 rebounds.
