CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) -Jaycen Herring scored 17 points and Roderick Pearson added 16, helping Southeast Missouri beat Tennessee Tech 84-74 Saturday night.
Calvin Williams had 15 points and 10 rebounds and Michael Rembert added 12 points for Southeast Missouri (6-4, 2-0 Ohio Valley), which ended a 10-game losing streak against Tennessee Tech.
Frank Davis scored 23 points and Amadi McKenzie grabbed 14 rebounds for Tennessee Tech (3-7, 1-2).
Southeast Missouri had 14 turnovers, but held Tennessee Tech to 29 percent shooting to lead 39-35 at halftime. The Redhawks, who got 14 points off the bench, added to the lead with a 14-4 run to begin the second half and led by as much as 18 late in the game.
