WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) -Bucknell's Justin Castleberry scored 22 points and Steven Tyree broke a 46-46 tie to ignite a 12-4 run in the final minutes Friday night to defeat Holy Cross 73-65.

Tyree's tiebreaker layup, followed by Castleberry's 3-pointer, put the Bison in front by five points just moments after Bucknell coach Pat Flannery had been ejected for protesting a foul called against Todd O'Brien.

Bucknell (8-9, 3-0 Patriot League) led 33-23 at the half.

Holy Cross (9-7,0-3) went ahead 41-40 with 13:55 remaining after Adam May sparked an 18-4 run for the Crusaders. Back-to-back field goals by Patrick Behan and Rob Thomas put Bucknell back in front, 44-41. Holy Cross' Pat Doherty tied it with two free throws, 44-44, and the teams exchanged field goals to set the stage for Bucknell's final surge.

Tyree had 10 points for Bucknell and Jason Vegotsky had 14.

Tim Clifford's 16 points led Holy Cross, which lost its second straight at home. Holy Cross had won 23 straight games at home before losing to Army, 53-39, on Wednesday.
