Wright State (11-6, 4-4 Horizon League) led 51-45 with 3 minutes left, but the Ramblers scored the next 7 points to take a 52-51 lead on a fast-break layup off a steal by Tracy Robinson with 58.7 seconds remaining.
Loyola (6-12, 2-6) had a chance to win, but a 3-point try by Justin Cerasoli missed at the buzzer.
The Raiders capitalized on Loyola's cold shooting, as the Ramblers hit only 17-of-50 tries for 34 percent. Wright was 20-of-42 from the field for a 48 percent mark.
The victory was the second in a row by one point for Wright State, which beat UIC 76-75 Thursday night.
