CORAOPOLIS, Pa. (AP) -A.J. Jackson scored 18 points and was among four players in double figures as Robert Morris beat Central Connecticut State 84-73 Thursday.
Jimmy Langhurst and Jeremy Chappell each scored 15 points and Bateko Francisco chipped in with 11 to help Robert Morris (14-6, 5-2 Northeast Conference) end the Blue Devils' five-game winning streak.
Central Connecticut (9-11, 5-4) led 15-12 early in the first half, but the Colonials soon tied it at 15 and never fell behind.
The Colonials led 45-31 at the half and had a 19-point lead early in the second half. Central Connecticut never trailed by less than 8 points in the second half.
Tristan Blackwood led the Blue Devils with 15 points, while Shemik Thompson had 12 and Ken Horton 11.
