MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) -Matt Gibson scored 16 points off the bench as Hawaii beat Idaho 58-53 Saturday.

Jared Dillinger and Bobby Nash scored 12 points apiece for Hawaii (8-11, 4-3 Western Athletic Conference) while P.J. Owsley added 10.

Jordan Brooks finished with a game-high 17 points for Idaho (5-14, 2-5 WAC), while Mike Hall added 12.

Hawaii went on a 10-3 run early in the first half and built a 39-31 lead. Idaho tied the game once on a Clyde Johnson bucket and pulled within a point seven times, but Riley Luettgerodt sealed the win for the Rainbow Warriors as he went 4-for-4 from the free-throw line in the final 32.5 seconds.

Idaho built a modest 16-10 lead with about 10 minutes left in the first half. Hawaii quickly erased the deficit with a 10-0 run that featured back-to-back 3-pointers from Gibson and Dillinger, who also finished the run with a layup that came off his own steal.

Hall, who set a school record Thursday with nine 3-pointers, ended Hawaii's spurt with a 3 at the 6:01 mark, and Brooks gave Idaho the lead back, 21-20, with a putback off his own miss with 3:23 left in the first half.
