POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. (AP) -Ryan Schneider scored 12 points and had 10 rebounds to lead Marist in a 66-44 win over Canisius Sunday.
Jay Gavin and Ryan Stilphen each contributed 13 points for Marist (3-7, 7-2 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference). Spongy Benjamin added 10 points.
It was Marist's thirteenth straight win at home.
Frank Turner scored a team-high nine points and had five rebounds for Canisius (3-16, 1-8).
Canisius shot 25.9 percent from the field and allowed Marist to score 21 second-chance points off 13 offensive rebounds.
Marist shot 38.3 percent from the field and 36 percent from the 3-point range.
Both teams had 41 rebounds.
