CHICAGO (AP) -Tracy Robinson's 3-point shot at the buzzer gave Loyola of Chicago a 69-68 victory over Youngstown State on Thursday night.
Robinson's shot was the 22nd lead change in the game and 18th in the second half.
Robinson and J.R. Blount each finished with 16 points for Loyola (8-13, 4-7 Horizon League). Darrin Williams added 10 points.
Loyola trailed 59-53 with eight minutes left, but the Ramblers climbed back into the contest and took a 64-63 lead on Aric Van Weelden's pair of free throws with 2:32 left.
Youngstown State (8-13, 4-7 Horizon League) took its last lead when John Barber scored with 29.6 seconds left and Byron Davis added a free throw.
Barber and Dwight Holmes each scored 19 for Youngstown State. Davis added 14 and Vance Cooksey chipped in 11 for the Penguins.
Loyola observed a moment of silence before the game for Anthony Young, a four-year player who graduated in 2005 and died Jan. 28 of leukemia, the day before his 25th birthday.
