COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -Mike Rose scored 21 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Eastern Kentucky to a 87-77 win over Tennessee Tech on Saturday.
Adam Leonard added 18 points for the Colonels (11-10, 8-5 Ohio Valley Conference) while Justin Stommes contributed 15 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Darnell Dialls and Jamaal Douglas also scored double digits, adding 12 and 10 points respectively.
Eastern Kentucky led in the first half 43-32, but the Golden Eagles (10-15, 7-8) came back to edge past the Colonels 45-44 in the second half.
Amadi McKenzie led the Golden Eagles with 29 points and eight rebounds, while Anthony Fisher earned 17 points and Daniel Northern scored 14.
