DURHAM, N.H. (AP) -Corey Lowe scored 23 points and Scott Brittain added 15 points and 13 rebounds as Boston University beat New Hampshire 67-52 on Saturday.
With the game tied at 32-32, Lowe and Carlos Strong hit back-to-back 3-pointers that put the Terriers (7-14, 4-5 America East) ahead for good.
The Wildcats (7-14, 4-5 America East) trailed by just seven with about eight minutes to play, but Boston University ended the game on a 16-4 run. Strong finished with 10 points.
Mike Christensen had 16 and Tyrece Gibbs added 14 to lead the Wildcats.
New Hampshire trailed 25-17 at halftime, but opened the second half with a 15-7 run that tied the game at 32. Christensen had a pair of 3-pointers in the run and Rony Tchatchoua capped it off by putting back his own miss with 16:30 to play.
