RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -Kevin Anderson scored all six of his points in the final 34 seconds Wednesdy night and Richmond handed Temple just its second loss in the last seven games, 64-58.

The Spiders (12-9, 5-3 Atlantic 10) led 56-53 when Anderson stole the ball from Mark Tyndale and scored on a layup with 34 seconds to play. The Owls (11-10, 4-3) got within two, but Anderson hit four free throws and David Gonzalvez two in the closing seconds.

Richmond went 7:48 without a field goal in the first half and trailed by as many as eight. The Owls led 27-24 at halftime after a 3-pointer by Chris Clark to end the half.

Gonzalvez led the Spiders with 20 points and Kevin Smith had 13.

Clark had a career-high 18 points for the Owls and has hit 10 of 16 3-point shots in his last two games. Dionte Christmas added 14 points and Tyndale 11.
