NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) -Matt Kyle scored 19 points and Eric Flato added 12 to lead Yale over Dartmouth 97-58 on Saturday night.
The Bulldogs (9-11, 3-3 Ivy League) went on a 16-0 run early to break a 4-4 tie and take a control.
Yale, which hit 12 of its first 16 shots, went on another 11-0 run later in the first half to open a commanding 34-10 lead. Yale led 48-27 at halftime.
Dartmouth never got closer than 19 points the rest of the way and Yale built a 42-point bulge late in the contest.
Dartmouth (8-12, 1-5, which lost in fourth straight, was led by Alex Barnett with 15 points and Kurt Graeber with 12.
Yale shot 70 percent, including 5-of-7 from 3-point range in the first half. Travis Pinick grabbed a game-high eight rebounds for the Bulldogs and Flato and Nick Holmes had five assists apiece.
