BUIES CREEK, N.C. (AP) -Kirk Williams scored 22 points and topped the 1,000-point mark for his career as Longwood took advantage of sloppy ballhandling and beat Campbell 83-80 Wednesday night.
Longwood (7-22), which was up by as much as 14 in the first half, held a 38-32 halftime lead with the help of 6-for-12 shooting from 3-point range as well as a 12-3 edge in points off Campbell turnovers.
