CHENEY, Wash. (AP) -Brandon Moore scored 14 points and Kellen Williams added 13 points, nine rebounds and four steals as Eastern Washington beat Idaho State 63-53 on Saturday night.

Marcus Hinton had 11 points for the Eagles (11-17, 6-8 Big Sky), who forced 24 turnovers, the most they've forced an opponent to commit this season.

Lucas Steijn led the Bengals (9-16, 6-6) with 15 points and six rebounds.

Idaho State trailed by as many as 12 points in the first half, but closed the gap to 52-46 with 3:43 left after Steijn's eight straight points.

But Eastern Washington responded with an 8-1 run, highlighted by five points by Hinton, and grabbed a 60-47 lead on Williams' putback with 32 seconds left.

The 24 turnovers proved costly for the Bengals, who committed eight in the first eight minutes to start the second half as the Eagles turned a 29-26 lead into a 43-32 advantage.

Moore scored six points in that span for Eastern Washington.

Adris DeLeon had nine points and six assists for Eastern Washington. Logan Kinghorn added 10 points for the Bengals.
