HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. (AP) -Antoine Agudio scored 15 of his 27 points in the second half to lead Hofstra to an 81-67 victory over Towson on Wednesday night.
Charles Jenkins added 17 points for the Pride (10-16, 7-9 Colonial Athletic Association), who have won three of four.
Josh Thornton scored 21 points to lead the Tigers (10-16, 6-10), who trailed 38-37 at halftime but lost their 11th straight road league game. C.C. Williams added 15 points and seven assists and Junior Hairston had 12 points.
Hairston's three-point play gave the Tigers their last lead of the game, 55-53 at 9:43.
Agudio had a 3-pointer to start a 21-6 run that put Hofstra on top 74-61 at 4:33. Jenkins connected on one of two foul shots to close out the rally.
