PEORIA, Ill. (AP) -Randal Falker scored 17 points to lead Southern Illinois to a 71-60 win over Bradley on Tuesday night.
Matt Shaw added 14 points and nine rebounds, Bryan Mullins scored 13 points and Joshua Bone chipped in 10 points for Southern Illinois (17-12, 11-6 Missouri Valley), which led 26-24 at the half.
The Braves played without point guard Daniel Ruffin, who was suspended indefinitely after being arrested Saturday on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. Ruffin averaged around 15 points a game.
Both teams shot less than 35 percent in the first half, but the Salukis pulled ahead after the break on 14-for-25 shooting (56 percent), compared with 12-for-27 shooting (44 percent) for Bradley (17-13, 9-8).
Southern Illinois outrebounded the Braves 37-29 and had 15 points off turnovers, compared with three points for the Braves.
Jeremy Crouch had a game-high 21 points for Bradley. Theron Wilson added 15 points and Sam Maniscalso scored 13 points for the Braves.
Southern Illinois beat Bradley 77-64 in Carbondale on Jan. 8.
