CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -Justin Dehm had 17 points and eight rebounds Thursday night to help Furman beat The Citadel 73-63.
Jordan Miller added 11 points for the Paladins (7-21, 6-13 Southern Conference), who shot 51 percent and took a 39-23 rebounding advantage to snap a 12-game road losing streak. George Brozos and Alex Opacic each had 10 points for Furman.
Austin Dahn had 16 points for the Bulldogs (6-22, 1-18), while Cameron Wells added 15 points and seven assists.
After trailing 40-28 at halftime and by 15 points early in the second half, The Citadel cut the lead to single digits with about 4 minutes to play. But Dehm scored six points in the final 3 1/2 minutes to seal the win, finishing with three 3-pointers while going 4-for-4 at the foul line for the game.
