KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -Dane Brumagin came off the bench to score a game-high 23 points in leading Missouri-Kansas City to a 75-57 Summit League win over IPFW on Thursday night.

The Kangaroos (11-19, 6-11) never trailed in the game, while the Mastodons (12-16, 9-8) fell to 2-13 on the road.

The biggest margin for UMKC came after a Brian Gettinger 3-point shot less than two minutes into the second half put the Kangaroos up 46-24.

The Mastodons cut the margin to 17 twice in the second half, but could get no closer.

The Kangaroos were 10-of-18 from 3-point range and shot 44 percent from the field.

Reggie Hamilton had 14 points for UMKC, Tim Blackwell had 12 and Kenny Simms added 10.

IPFW was paced by Demetrius Johnson with 12, David Carson had 11 and Jaraun Burrows had 10.
