SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -Tyler Tiedeman led five Boise State players in double figures with 16 points, and the Broncos held off San Jose State 74-68 Thursday night for their 12th straight win over the Spartans.

Anthony Thomas added 15 points, Paul Noonan had 13 and Matt Nelson scored 12 for Boise State, which leads the Western Athletic Conference by one game over Nevada.

Reggie Larry had 10 points and 12 rebounds for the Broncos (21-7, 11-3 Western Athletic), who rallied from a 59-53 deficit with 7:57 remaining. Boise State went on a 10-0 run, taking a 63-59 lead and later leading 70-62 with 3:22 to go.

Justin Graham scored 20 points for the Spartans (12-15, 4-9 WAC), who haven't beaten Boise State since Feb. 1, 2002 - San Jose State's only victory in 17 meetings with the Broncos.

Starters Tim Pierce and C.J. Webster were a combined 7-for-22 for the normally balanced Spartans, who outrebounded Boise State but didn't get more than eight points from any player but Graham.

The victory kept Boise State one game ahead of Nevada, which beat New Mexico State. The Broncos travel on Saturday to Hawaii, where they've never won.
