BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (AP) -Jonathan Han scored 18 of his 21 points in the second half to lead Fairfield to its seventh straight victory, 83-71 over Manhattan on Friday night.
The Stags (14-14, 11-6 Metro Atlantic) finished with four players in double figures. Herbie Allen had 15 points, Anthony Johnson added 15 and Mike Evanovich 11.
The Jaspers led 32-29 at the half and the game stayed closed until Fairfield broke it open with a 10-1 run midway through the second. Greg Nero scored with 9:33 left to give Fairfield a 51-49 lead. Han and Allen hit 3-pointers and Johnson's jumper capped the run with about 8 minutes to pay.
The Jaspers (11-17, 5-12) turned the ball over three straight times on Fairfields run and never came within six points the rest of the game.
Devon Austin had 14 points and Darryl Crawford had 11 for Manhattan.
