PHILADELPHIA (AP) -Tyler Bernardini's baseline jumper with 0.6 seconds left lifted Penn to a 69-67 victory over Columbia in an Ivy League game Saturday night.

Kevin Egee shot 4-for-4 from 3-point range and led the Quakers (12-18, 7-6) with 16 points..

Ben Nwachukwu scored 23 points on 9-for-11 shooting and grabbed nine rebounds to lead Columbia (14-15, 7-7). John Baumann, the leading scorer in the Ivy League this season, closed out his career at Columbia with 17 points.

Columbia quickly erased its 33-32 halftime deficit and held the lead for most of the second half before Penn started its rally from a 60-54 deficit with 5:06 remaining.

Andreas Schreiber hit four consecutive free throws and a jumper to give Penn a 64-62 lead with 2:07 remaining.

Columbia rebounded and tied the score at 67-all on a jumper by Niko Scott with 15 seconds remaining, setting up Bernardini's winner.

The Lions squandered their chance to deal Penn back-to-back Ivy League losses at home for the first time in 40 years. Instead, Columbia finished 14-15 and missed out on its opportunity chance to post consecutive winning season for the first time in 15 years.
