ATHENS, Ohio (AP) -Leon Williams scored 30 points and Jerome Tillman had 25 points and 10 rebounds as Ohio grabbed an early lead and cruised the rest of the way for a 94-80 win over Buffalo on Sunday afternoon.

Bubba Walther added 17 points for Ohio (19-11, 9-7 Mid-American), which led by as many as 22 with 6:36 to play in their regular season finale.

Ohio spent the first part of the second half building on their 58-44 halftime lead. Buffalo (10-19, 3-13) rallied late in the game, but it wasn't enough.

Andy Robinson scored 23 points and Max Boudreau had 12 for Buffalo, which shot just 41.2 percent for the game.

Ohio shot 62 percent and was also 9 of 18 from 3-point range.
