PITTSBURGH (AP) - A woman must abide by a previous restraining order to avoid contact with former NBA star Michael Jordan and stop using litigation regarding the order to claim he fathered her child.

Crawford County Judge Gordon Miller issued the ruling Thursday in response to motions filed this month by Lisa Miceli, 35, of Meadville, Pa., who was acting as her own attorney.

``This is not a paternity suit nor a (child) support action,'' Miller said in an eight-page opinion.

Miceli claims Jordan fathered her 4-year-old son. In the harassment suit Jordan filed in February, seeking to keep Miceli away from him, the former Chicago Bulls star says a pair of 2005 paternity tests proved he was not the boy's father.

Miceli wanted Jordan to submit to a third paternity test. Court documents say Jordan consented to two paternity tests, both of which showed he didn't father Miceli's son.

Miceli was not available to comment on the ruling Friday, according to her mother.

Jordan's Chicago-based attorney, Frederick J. Sperling, refused to comment Friday on the judge's decision, saying the court documents speak for themselves.

Jordan agreed to the second paternity test only after Miceli agreed to have no contact with him if he was ruled out as the child's father. Despite that, Miceli has continued to contact Jordan and his associates through hundreds of e-mails and phone calls in the ``mistaken belief that she still has a valid paternity claim against Jordan,'' Sperling said in court documents.

Miller issued a restraining order against Miceli in response to that lawsuit. Earlier this month, Miceli asked the judge to lift a restraining order and make Jordan submit to another hearing on the paternity issue.

Miceli has argued that the restraining order prevents her from negotiating a child-support settlement with Jordan. But Sperling told the court there will be no settlement discussions because Jordan didn't father her child.
