Team president Rod Thorn said Boone experienced some discomfort in the shoulder while playing for the Nets' summer league team in Florida. The former Connecticut forward will wear a sling for two weeks and then begin his rehabilitation. The 6-foot-10, 237-pound Boone was the 23rd overall pick in the draft. |
