Anthony Parker
The Toronto Raptors signed Parker to a three-year, $12 million contract Thursday. Parker returns to the NBA after playing six seasons overseas, including the last two where he was Euroleague MVP for Israel's Maccabi Tel Aviv. "I'm 31 years old, but I have the drive of a much younger player," Parker said. "I think I have something to prove."

Analysis: The 6-foot-6 Parker averaged 2.4 points in 55 career games for Philadelphia and Orlando after being drafted as the 21st overall pick by the New Jersey Nets in 1997.
