Ed Jasper Jasper signed a one-year contract with the Eagles on Thursday, rejoining the team that drafted him in the sixth round of the 1997 draft. The 33-year-old defensive end recorded 23 tackles and two sacks with the Oakland Raiders last season. He was a free agent before signing with Philadelphia, which he played for during the 1997 and 1998 seasons. Jasper also spent six seasons with Atlanta.
