Aaron Brooks
Brooks lands in Oakland. His stay ended in New Orleans when the Saints signed free-agent quarterback Drew Brees. Brooks will likely start for the Raiders, who have released Kerry Collins. Brooks signed a two-year deal worth $8 million, including a $1.5 million bonus, with Oakland.

Analysis: Brooks completed 240 of 431 passes for 2,882 yards with 13 touchdowns and 17 interceptions in 13 games with the Saints last season. He was sacked 33 times. He lost his starting position to Todd Bauman because of his inconsistent play.
