The Cincinnati Bengals announced late Saturday that they wouldn't match the offer sheet for Walter, reportedly meaning the wide receiver will play with the Houston Texans next season.

Analysis: The Texans are required to send the Bengals a 2006 draft pick in the seventh round -- the same round in which Walter was selected during the 2003 NFL draft. Walter had career highs of 19 receptions, 211 receiving yards and one touchdown as backup to Chad Johnson and T.J. Houshmandzadeh last season.
