Ray Emery
Ottawa and Emery agreed to a one-year, $925,000 contract on Thursday. The 23-year-old goalie took over for Dominik Hasek in the regular season and finished 23-11-4 with a 2.82 goals-against average. He was 5-5 in the postseason as the Senators were eliminated in the second round by Buffalo.

Analysis: Emery will compete with Martin Gerber for the No. 1 job after Gerber signed with Ottawa last week. Re-signing Emery likely means Hasek will not return to the Senators.
