BOSTON (AP) - Brooke Queenan had 23 points and Kindyll Dorsey scored 10 of her 16 points in a game-opening run to lead No. 24 Boston College to a 73-54 win over Colgate on Saturday.
Queenan had 10 rebounds and Sarah Marshall had nine assists for the Eagles (12-2), who opened with a 15-2 run en route to coach Cathy Inglese's 350th career win.
Meghan Curtin had 16 second-half points and Megan Ballard finished with 11 points for Colgate (2-9). The Raiders dropped to 0-5 on the road this season, losing by an average of 27 points.
BC led 41-17 at halftime after holding Colgate to 21 percent shooting (7-of-33).
Dorsey's 3-pointer 8 seconds into the game started the run, and she capped it with jumper.
The Eagles made eight of their first 11 shots and pushed the lead to 28-4 on Queenan's basket with 8:44 left in the half. After the Raiders closed to 32-17, BC scored the final nine points of the half.
Colgate had trouble against BC's zone and matchup defenses in the opening half, using most of the 30-second shot clock before settling for jump shots.
