PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Candice Dupree had 15 points and 13 rebounds and Khadija Bowens scored 12 of her 14 points in the second half to lead No. 22 Temple past Dayton 70-55 in the Atlantic 10 women's tournament on Saturday.

Kamesha Hairston added 11 points and Lady Comfort had nine for the third-seeded Owls (22-7), who face 10th-seeded Duquesne (13-16) in the semifinals Sunday. The Dukes defeated second-seeded Charlotte 56-45 and moved into the semifinals for the first time since 1992.

Cara Wright had 20 points and nine rebounds while Jennifer Strong added nine points for the sixth-seeded Flyers (17-12), who shot 31 percent from the field and were outrebounded 48-35. Dayton also lost to Temple 70-36 on Feb. 19.

Temple held a 32-23 lead at halftime were never seriously threatened in the second half. The Owls scored the first six points after halftime - two baskets by Bowens and a layup by Comfort - to take a 38-23 lead, extending that to 63-41 when Bowens scored with 7:49 remaining.

Dupree missed all eight of her field goal attempts in the first half, but she was 9-of-12 from the free throw line and added nine rebounds.
