ATHENS, Ohio (AP) -Carin Horne scored 16 points, including a 3-pointer during a key run to open the second half, and 18th-ranked Bowling Green beat Ohio 64-55 Saturday.
The Falcons (14-2, 4-0 Mid-American Conference) took a 28-23 lead at the half after Lindsey Goldsberry hit a 3-pointer with 16 seconds left. Ali Mann's two free throws with 18:38 remaining ended the 7-0 run that started the second half and gave the Falcons a 33-23 lead. Goldsberry hit a pair of free throws to give Bowling Green its biggest lead, 62-45, with 1:02 remaining.
Mann finished with 13 points, and Liz Honegger had 10 points and tied Horne for the team lead with seven rebounds.
Domenica Silva led Ohio (8-8, 1-3) with 10 points and eight rebounds. Lauren Kohn, Quintana Ward, Jennifer Bushby and Alana Trotter had nine points apiece for the Bobcats.
