PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) -Jill Noe scored a season-high 20 points to lead No. 12 Arizona State to a 66-41 win over Washington State on Saturday afternoon.
Noe hit all seven of her field-goal attempts, including four 3-pointers, and both of her free throws for the Sun Devils (21-3, 11-2 Pac-10). Noe also led Arizona State with eight rebounds.
Adriane Ferguson, the only other player to score more than eight points, led Washington State (5-18, 1-12) with 10 points. The Cougars, who have lost 12 straight, set season lows with 41 points and 22.8 percent shooting from the field.
Arizona State led 35-15 at the half, then scored the first seven points of the second half.
The Sun Devils, who have defeated WSU in six straight meetings and 19 of the last 20, start four players who grew up within 100 miles of the Washington State campus.
Senior forward Kate Benz, who had started in all 106 of Washington State's previous games the past four seasons, scored six points in 25 minutes off the bench. Benz has been hindered by a chronic back problem.
The points allowed was a season low for the Sun Devils, who shot 49.1 percent from the field.
