BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) -Amber Holt scored 24 points, Chrissy Givens had 22 points and 12 rebounds, and No. 19 Middle Tennessee State rallied in the second half to beat Western Kentucky 78-63 on Sunday for its 20th consecutive victory.

The Blue Raiders (23-3, 15-0 Sun Belt) remained perfect in the conference, but needed a second-half spurt to put the game away.

Tifany Zaragoza had 22 points, Crystal Kelly added 14 and Dominique Duck had 12 for Western Kentucky (17-6, 11-3).

Krystle Horton scored 13 points, all in the second half, for Middle Tennessee. Starr Orr added 10 for the Blue Raiders.

The Hilltoppers, who led by as many as seven points in the first half, took a 36-34 lead on the opening possession of the second half on a 3-point basket by Kenzie Rich.

Middle Tennessee then went on a 16-2 run, capping the spurt on a 3-point basket by Johnna Abney that put the Lady Raiders ahead 50-38 with 14:08 to play in the game.

Western Kentucky never got closer than seven points.

Middle Tennessee broke the game open by making 13-of-22 shots (59 percent) from the floor and 15 of 18 from the free-throw line in the second half.
