HARRISONBURG, Va. (AP) -Meredith Alexis scored 20 points to become James Madison's career scoring leader and the 25th-ranked Dukes hit a school-record 12 3-pointers Thursday night in an 88-60 victory over George Mason.

Alexis broke Holly Rilinger's record of 1,607 points, finishing with 1,618. She also grabbed nine rebounds, extending her school and Colonial Athletic Association record to 1,220 as James Madison (23-2, 14-0) won its 15th straight and 25th in a row at home.

Tracy Ann Holness scored 18 points, and Lateisha Wade had 14 points and eight assists for George Mason (8-16, 2-12), which trailed 52-38 at halftime and by as many as 31 later.

The Dukes outrebounded the Patriots 43-33 and hit eight first-half 3-pointers.

Tamera Young led James Madison with 21 points, Lesley Dickinson had five 3-pointers and scored 19 points and Jasmin Lawrence had 12. Andrea Benvenuto added 11 assists.
