MILWAUKEE (AP) -Christina Quaye scored 26 points and Krystal Ellis added 21 to lead No. 19 Marquette to a 75-63 victory over South Florida on Saturday night.
Marquette (23-5, 11-4 Big East) clinched a bye in the Big East tournament and set a school record with 23 victories in its last regular-season home game. The Golden Eagles had won 22 games six times in school history.
Shantia Grace scored 23 points and Nalini Miller added 12 for South Florida (18-10, 8-7).

Efueko Osagie-Landry had 12 points and 10 rebounds for Marquette, which bounced back from a 63-58 loss at Seton Hall on Tuesday.
Trailing 40-30, Marquette opened the second half with defensive pressure and a 23-5 run keyed by six points each from Quaye and Ellis to take a 53-45 lead with 8:50 to play.
