HARRISONBURG, Va. (AP) -Tamera Young had 20 points and 14 rebounds to help James Madison beat No. 16 George Washington 80-55 on Tuesday night and keep the nation's longest home-winning streak intact.

Dawn Evans scored 19 points for James Madison (5-0), which has won 29 consecutive games at the JMU Convocation Center. Jennifer Brown adde 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Dukes, who beat a Top 25 team for the first time since 1991. Courtney Hamner added 12 points.

``We came out and beat a very good George Washington team,'' said James Madison coach Kenny Brooks. ``In the locker room after the game all I could tell them was that I was just so proud of them.''

George Washington (5-2) was without starting forwards Whitney Allen and Antelia Parrish, who both missed with injuries, and twins Jessica and Jazmine Adair were limited with foul trouble.

``We had to go to our strength, which is our quickness,'' Brooks said. ``In the second half we went out and we played to win.''

Jessica Adair scored 21 points to lead George Washington. The Colonials couldn't get anything going behind the arc, missing 14 of their 15 3-point attempts.

Jessica Adair's jumper with 6:41 left in the first half tied the game at 21, but both Adairs picked up their third fouls within the next two minutes. James Madison closed the half on a 16-5 run to lead 37-26 at the break.

The Colonials got to within seven, at 43-36, with 15:29 remaining, but could get no closer as James Madison hit five second-half 3s.

JMU's last home loss came on March 3, 2005, when Delaware beat the Dukes 79-72 in the team's final home game of the season.

George Washington had its own 15-game home-court winning streak snapped with a 67-42 loss to No. 5 Rutgers on Nov. 18.
